- Production of a theoretical framework to provide an overview of research into international mobility, the skills required on the labour market, and the relationship between international mobility and employability ;
- Production of case studies : The case study report analyses the main findings of the interviews and the recommendations made by recruiters to bridge the gap between the skills developed by students and the needs of the labour market.
- Creation of an interactive game, in both physical and digital versions, to help young students identify and make the most of the specific skills they acquired during their international mobility;
- Practical advice and recommendations will be available to support young people in their post-mobility job search (on CVs, covering letters, job interviews, etc.).
